A complete bathroom refit in Small Heath, Birmingham — modern fixtures, new pipework, and a contemporary finish throughout.
Our client in Small Heath, Birmingham approached us to completely renovate their family bathroom. The existing suite was outdated with ageing pipework, low water pressure, and an inefficient layout that wasted space.
We carried out a full strip-out and refit, including new copper pipework, a modern thermostatic shower system, wall-hung vanity unit, and fully tiled walls and floor. The project was completed in just 5 days with minimal disruption to the household.
The result is a clean, contemporary bathroom that's easy to maintain and built to last — exactly what the client wanted.
What the client needed
The original bathroom was fitted over 20 years ago with worn fixtures, stained grout, and leaking seals around the bath.
Old galvanised pipework was causing poor flow rates, making showers unreliable and frustrating to use.
The old layout wasted space and didn't suit the family's daily routine — they needed a smarter, more practical design.
The family needed the work completed quickly before a planned holiday — 5 days from start to finish.
How we delivered the project
We visited the property, took measurements, and worked with the client to design a layout that maximised space and suited their needs.
Removed the old suite, rerouted pipework for better pressure, and installed new copper mains with isolation valves.
Fitted the new shower, vanity, WC, and carried out full wall and floor tiling with waterproof tanking behind the shower area.
Installed lighting, extractor fan, heated towel rail, and completed all finishing touches. Client walked into a brand-new bathroom.
