A 3-bed semi-detached house in Small Heath needed a complete central heating system. The property had old single-panel radiators, ageing pipework, and no room thermostat — the heating was either on or off, with no control.
We installed a new system boiler, re-routed the pipework for better flow, and fitted modern double-panel radiators in every room. A smart thermostat was added for remote control and scheduling. The entire project was completed over 3 days.
The family now has even heat throughout the house, lower energy bills, and full control from their phone.
